52677f84dc fix(utils): 修复JNA调用动态库的路径和错误处理问题
- 移除硬编码的文件后缀名,根据操作系统自动识别.dll或.so文件
- 修正Linux系统下的库文件命名规则,移除多余的"_dll"后缀
- 添加对文件扩展名的条件判断,在Windows下确保.dll后缀
- 添加动态库加载成功后的路径打印功能

aad5943d64 fix(waveform): 修复录波文件处理中的RMS段逻辑错误
- 在RateDTO初始化时设置bRMSFlag默认值为false,确保16~31点/周波段按普通抽点处理
- 修复RMS段与普通抽点的控制流程分离,避免共享取模条件导致的逻辑混乱
- 优化RMS段处理逻辑,添加周波索引推进机制防止重复处理
- 修复2点/周波时半周波位置的采样点切换逻辑
- 添加段末尾对齐机制,确保外层循环能稳定跳转到下一段起点
- 更新测试文件路径配置,使用新的测试数据文件
