3990ad2b9a fix(data): 修复事件统计查询和数据完整性处理问题
- 修正事件统计查询中allNum字段的计算逻辑,从COUNT(*)改为按特定标签求和
- 在事件详情VO中新增ITIC描述和F47描述字段
- 补充通信状态数据的第一条记录,确保从0点开始的数据连续性
- 修复数据完整性服务中线路间隔为null或0时的处理逻辑,设置默认值为1

- 在CsLinePOServiceImpl中对position字段进行空字符串检查,避免保存空字符串值
- 在DeviceMessageServiceImpl中增加对position字段的空值和空字符串双重判断
- 防止因空字符串导致的数据处理异常和业务逻辑错误

- 在CsDeviceUserPOService中新增addRelation方法用于新增用户设备关系表数据
- 实现CsDeviceUserPOServiceImpl中的addRelation逻辑,支持新增主用户信息和已关联工程的用户设备关系
- 修改CsEquipmentDeliveryServiceImpl使用DSTransactional注解替代Transactional
- 更新CsEquipmentDeliveryServiceImpl中的saveCld方法,新增设备时同步创建用户设备关系
- 优化CsLedgerServiceImpl中便携式工程显示逻辑,增加空值检查
- 调整RoleEngineerDevServiceImpl中不同角色的设备权限查询逻辑
- 修改CsLinePOMapper.xml中的JOIN方式从LEFT JOIN改为RIGHT JOIN

- 移除未使用的 ICsTerminalLogsService 依赖注入
- 删除前置推送日志的清理代码,简化设备删除流程
- 在创建操作日志时添加UUID标识符
- 在终端日志服务中增加Redis缓存清理逻辑
- 为设备列表处理添加空值检查,避免空指针异常
- 重构设备分组和消息发送逻辑,提高代码可读性
