cbafe85c4a fix(mms-mapping): 修复谐波数据映射配置和偏移量计算问题
- 修改JiangSu_Config1.xml中谐波电流相关指标的命名规则
- 修改默认规则文件中相电压间谐波含有率序列的描述名称
- 添加相电压间谐波含有率序列实时数据值配置
- 更新JsonToXmlConversionService中遥测数据处理逻辑,将urcb相关标识修改为brcb
- 新增calculateOffset方法用于计算指标偏移量
- 实现adjustPathWithOffset方法根据offset调整路径中的数值格式
- 添加offset字段到MetricInfo类中用于存储偏移信息
- 在规则匹配过程中传递offset值并在生成Value节点时应用偏移调整

- 新增导入临时目录、验证会话等常量配置
- 实现台账文件分步验证流程,支持先验证后导入模式
- 在控制器层新增validateLedger接口用于文件校验

- 重构TestReportLedgerExcelParser解析器,支持独立验证和解析
- 新增验证结果对象TestReportLedgerValidateResultVO
- 实现台账文件批量存储和临时文件管理机制
- 完善文件上传、校验、导入各阶段的状态跟踪
- 优化错误提示信息,提供更详细的验证反馈
- 更新导入成功结果对象,增加批次ID和存储路径信息

- 在.gitignore中添加各模块SQL资源目录忽略规则
- 从client-unit模块移除空的MyBatis映射文件
- 在test-report模块pom.xml中添加client-unit、test-device依赖及poi-ooxml库
- 扩展TestReportConst类添加报告生成状态、存储路径等常量定义
- 增强TestReportController实现台账模板下载、数据导入、分组管理等REST接口
- 修改TestReportMapper查询语句添加报告生成状态和数量统计字段
- 扩展TestReportParam.AddParam添加可选ID参数支持前端指定ID
- 在TestReportPO实体类中增加reportGenerateState字段存储生成状态
- 完善TestReportService接口定义台账导入、分组管理等业务方法
- 实现TestReportServiceImpl服务类中的台账导入、分组生成核心逻辑
